TWO EASY WAYS TO GET STARTED AT RCFN!
You can sign up for our "Free Saturday Intro WOD" on our schedule page here:
We offer the Intro Class every other Saturday at 1000. Sign up, show up, meet the team, learn a bit about us and do a quick, yet hard Intro Workout of the Day (WOD).
Sign up right away for our "On Ramp" Program! We offer six introductory classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0630 or 1830. They are labeled on our schedule 1-6 but you can sign up in any order.
Just sign up for your first class, come in and pay a discounted price of €50 for the first month and you are on your way. If you complete all 6 of the On Ramp classes in three weeks you then be able to experience regular CF classes for the last week. Then you can decide if you want to join RCFN with a regular month to month contract.
Or, if you are really up for the challenge and want to get through it quickly you can do two On Ramps in one day. This way you finish in just one and a half weeks and have extra time to try regular classes! Ask your on-ramp instructor about this option as it is not for everybody!
